Here is How Quality Engineer Sets Goals.

Let me start by asking “Why do we need goals?” Why do other people have goals? Well! You will find the answers in the foregoing paragraph as we go along.

Some people just work and work but they don’t take the time and think to create their goals. The worse thing I can see to those who don’t have a goal is that they will lose their life, they will not achieve SUCCESS.  Let us give an example: a rat, can you imagine the behavior of a rat, rat just smells food wherever they can smell they just follow the spirit of the food until they reached it. In short, they don’t have directions, they don’t have a clear destination.

Now I will share with you “How a Quality Engineer Sets Goals? And then start applying it to your life.

When I learned how to set goals since then I became a goal-oriented person. I can’t work without goals. Here is the idea! Once you have goals you’ll then have the “directions” in your life and eventually, you’ll achieve success the best thing here is that anyone can set up goals and are FREE.

Here is how to Quality Engineer Sets GOALS
One: Take a notebook with you every day and in the morning, before you start work write down your ten goals. You might be asking “Why is it ten?” Because it will take you up and running. Remember all goals should be in writing, if that is not in writing that is only “wishes” and there is no energy behind it. Make it a daily habit of writing goals, the reason is it will drive down into your subconscious mind.

Two: Select which out of ten goals can immediately give the greatest impact on your life. And you’ll start achieving that goal.

Three: Make steps or lists and actions towards achieving that goal. Do something every day. In your list of things you’ll do to move up towards your goal, make use of 80/20 rules, of which 20 percent of your effort will have 80 percent value.

Fourth: Before you go to bed, check and inspect what you have done for your goals.

So just repeat it and repeat it every day until it’s driven into your subconscious mind and they said it will only take 21 days to form as a habit.

By the way, you have to put a deadline to accomplish your goal. What it makes to you is you are forced to do something every day to achieve your goals. And write the way you already have it, write in a present tense starting from “I”. See my goals.

  1. I earn 100 Million by October 11, 2023

You see! that’s how you’ll write your goals. Write big goals, they said “all goals are achievable,” don’t make tiny goals because even when you achieved them it will not give the greatest impact on your life, so write big goals.

Here is a quote from Walt Disney.

All of our dreams can come true – if we have the courage to pursue them

I applied the “Ten Times Rule: The only difference between Success and Failure” by Grant Cardone. He said “Remove Luck and Chance from Your Business Equation and Lock in Massive Success! Stop thinking in terms of basic needs, and start aiming for abundance—in all areas of your life. The 10X Rule guides you toward the frame of mind that all successful people share. Aim ten times higher than you are right now—and if you come up short, you’ll still find yourself further along than if you had maintained your life’s current status quo.”

There are goals above that it seems it is impossible to achieve, you might be thinking now that it is really impossible to achieve. But you will not only see and think about your goal, you have to act and do something for them every day until you reach the time you are already realizing your goal. The secret “don’t stop!”
